acceleration and other physics stuff.....

So in class right now we are learning about all the different formulas like (d,a,t) and  (v,a,t) to solve problems where either velocity, distance, time, or acceleration needs to be found. Many of the problems on the P.A. #2 assignments involve acceleration problems. Acceleration is the change in velocity per unit of time. When an object is thrown straight up in the air and is caught at the exact same level it will have the same speed but in the opposite direction; However, the velocity is not the same. I've also learned that gravity is 9.8 meters per second squared but only on Earth. Every planet has a different gravity pull.

  1. HI KEANA!!!! This is very interesting... I did not realize that many of the PA #2 assignments involved acceleration... but then again, a lot goes on and I don't always notice, haha. I really like the layout of your blog! :)
