Applying Momentum to our Egg Drop Lab

So i got this new assignment which just so happens to be another lab.. YAY! This lab consists of creating a device, preferably a box, with the given dimensions (can be less), so that a egg can be placed inside the device and dropped from three/four stories (off the top of Akahi to the loading dock) and survive with no cracks otherwise... WE FAIL. So Nikki is my partner for this lab and we combined our genius minds to think of and create a box (which we did in the SPC- a styrofoam box) for our egg. We designed a 20X15X15 box with holes on the side so that a nylon stocking could be knotted inside. Our plan is to place the egg in the middle of the nylon stocking and tie the stocking really tight on the box's edges so that the egg doesn't move when the box hits the ground. With the egg suspended in the box, it shouldn't bounce or have a great change in impulse. Also, we are increasing the contact time by adding extra cotton ball cushioning to surround the egg in case the nylon stocking method doesn't work to well. The box was also designed to somewhat crumple and absorb the shock instead of staying unbendable.
